Your team has the ball…
but you don’t control the game

This is how you start fixing it.

You move it…

but you don’t create real danger

And when the opponent is stronger or faster…

everything falls apart

And you know it.

This is where most teams collapse
even if they train well

Pay attention to this

How to organize your team through structure, not just systems

Most teams rely on speed, strength, and individual ability.

So when the opponent is faster or more athletic…
the game feels out of control.

You can’t compete.

And this is where most coaches feel stuck.

Because if you don’t have the best players…
what can you really do?

You think the problem is physical.

It’s not.

It’s how your team is organized when the game actually starts.

What is really happening inside your team

This is where most teams break

Even if they train well during the week

When they try to build from the back
or keep possession under pressure.

The structure disappears

And everything becomes unstable.

During the session, you will see and apply:

– How to read the game through the ball.

– How to identify structural mistakes that affect decision-making.

– How to organize relationships instead of simply assigning positions.

– How to design training tasks aligned with real game logic.

– How to simplify your intervention as a coach.

And how to apply this directly in your next match

Who this is for

For coaches who:

– Feel their team loses clarity the moment the opponent presses.

– See players close to the ball… but not really connected.

– Have possession… but no real control of the game.

– Give instructions… but nothing really changes.

– Know something is missing, but can’t clearly explain what.

– Don’t want to depend on having better players to compete.

– Feel there is a different way to understand the game…
but haven’t found it yet.

And are not satisfied with that anymore

Format

Live session (120 minutes)

What we will actually do:

– Break down real match situations.

– Identify what is really going wrong structurally.

– Understand why it happens.

– And how to correct it.

– Translate this directly into training tasks.

Open Q&A

Small group
Focused discussion
Immediate application

Important note

This is not about playing “beautiful football.”

It is about giving your players more time, more space, and better decisions.

And that directly impacts performance.

After the session

After the session

This is just the starting point.

Some coaches will continue working deeper.

Not learning more concepts, but applying this directly to their own teams.

Seeing what is really happening

And making real adjustments.

This includes:

– Weekly live sessions.

– Analysis of your own matches.

– Structural adjustments adapted to your context.

– Task design and correction.

– Continuous feedback.

This is not passive learning

It requires involvement and real application

About Miguel Llorente

Miguel Llorente is a football coach and coach educator.

He holds a UEFA PRO License and has been trained in sports leadership and NLP. He is also a coach educator, working with developing coaches in formal training environments.

He spent six seasons at FC Barcelona, working within the environment of La Masía (including experience as head coach of Barça B in Segunda División) where he developed a deep understanding of the game based on structure, relationships and decision-making.

He has also worked in professional environments such as head coah of Deportivo de La Coruña and second coach of CD Castellón (Segunda División), across both men’s and women’s football.

His learning process has been built through years of direct exposure to the work and ideas of Paco Seirul·lo, architect of performance methodology at FC Barcelona, and former fitness coach under Johan Cruyff and Pep Guardiola.

This was not occasional contact.

It came through years of observing training sessions, analyzing matches and video, exchanging ideas, receiving feedback, and maintaining ongoing conversations, even while working in other professional clubs.

Over time, this process allowed him to deeply understand how these ideas are translated into daily training and player development.

This experience shaped a way of seeing football that goes beyond systems focusing on how teams organize around the ball and how players make decisions within that structure.

Today, Miguel works with coaches who want to build clearer, more stable and more competitive teams, not through rigid systems, but through a deeper understanding of the game.
